About the role
Karridale Tavern in Karridale, regional Western Australia, is searching for a motivated and experienced Waitress with supervisory skills. Your goal will be to provide outstanding customer service, building relationships with customers and leading by example.
Key responsibilities
- Greeting customers and taking their food and drink orders
- Being attentive to the needs of customers in the dining area and responding to their needs in a positive manner
- Delivering food from the kitchen to the customers
- Ensuring food orders are made correctly by kitchen staff and look presentable for customers
- Liaising with kitchen staff during each shift
- Performing shift duties such as clearing and wiping tables, checking for customer satisfaction, and checking for overall presentation of the dining area
- Training existing and new staff in required procedures and behaviours
About you
- Proven experience working in hospitality positions
- Approved Manager certification
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Remuneration
Employment type: 2 year full time position with a salary of $79,423 (and Superannuation)
