THE ROLE

• Manage domestic and international travel bookings, ensuring every detail is taken care of.

• Coordinate complex itineraries and group travel arrangements.

• Book flights and manage fares, ticketing and travel logistics.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams.

• Provide outstanding customer service and go the extra mile to exceed expectations.

• Manage competing priorities and last-minute changes in a fast-paced environment.

• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure every trip runs smoothly from start to finish.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Minimum 3 years' travel consulting experience, covering domestic and international bookings.

• A passion for the sporting and entertainment industries is a real desire

• Sabre, Galileo or Amadues GDS experience preferred, with a solid understanding of IATA fares and ticketing.

• Group travel experience highly regarded.

• Confident spreadsheet skills and strong attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Outstanding organisation and time management, with the ability to work under pressure.

• A positive attitude, proactive approach and genuine desire to succeed.
