ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll join a project-focused engineering team responsible for delivering infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, technology refreshes and strategic initiatives. The role combines hands-on technical delivery with customer engagement and offers plenty of variety across different environments and technologies.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver infrastructure, cloud and modern workplace projects.
• Lead migrations, upgrades and technology refresh initiatives.
• Work directly with customers to understand requirements and deliver outcomes.
• Produce technical documentation and project handovers.
• Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with service delivery teams to ensure successful project completion.

ABOUT YOU

• Previous experience delivering infrastructure or cloud projects.
• Strong Microsoft 365, Azure and Windows Server experience.
• Exposure to technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix, Active Directory, Exchange and enterprise networking.
• Comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of delivery.
• Experience within an MSP, consulting or project-based environment will be highly regarded.
