  • Bring ideas that improve village services and strengthen community connections.
  • Explore your career development through Levande’s Village Operations pathways.

Why You Will Like Working Here

At Levande, your work helps older Australians live well every day. You’ll see the impact of your decisions through the relationships you build, the problems you resolve and the experiences you help create.

You’ll work alongside people who share their knowledge, with access to learning and development that supports your growth.

Your benefits include:

  • 24/7 wellbeing support: Access Sonder, your Everyday Wellbeing Companion, for confidential health, safety and wellbeing support for you and your family.
  • An extra day for you: Take My Day, an additional day of leave each year to spend on something meaningful.

  • Everyday savings: Access discounts on shopping, dining, movies and holiday accommodation through We Shine Savings.
  • Fitness Passport: Access affordable gym and fitness memberships for you and your family across participating locations.

What You Will Be Working On

Your day could include helping a resident resolve a concern, reviewing expenditure with the Village Manager or coordinating contractors to keep shared spaces safe and welcoming.

You’ll focus on:

  • Building trusted relationships with residents, families and resident committees, responding to feedback and helping resolve concerns.
  • Supporting daily operations, village administration, contractor services and the smooth coordination of resident arrivals and departures.
  • Assisting with budgets, expenditure tracking and maintenance planning to support a well-managed village.
  • Helping coordinate community activities and working with Sales & Marketing on local initiatives.
  • Supporting safe work practices, regulatory compliance and improvements to the way the village operates.

What Type of Person Will Be Successful

You’re approachable, organised and comfortable balancing people’s needs with practical operational priorities. You communicate clearly, follow through on commitments and bring sound judgement to sensitive conversations.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience delivering strong customer service and building effective relationships.
  • A practical understanding of budgets, expenditure and everyday business operations.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
  • The ability to work consistently onsite, supporting residents and daily village operations.

Retirement living or property management experience would be valuable, as would familiarity with relevant legislation. Experience in hospitality, accommodation, community management or other service businesses can also provide a strong foundation.
