About the Opportunity

Our Supply Chain team is seeking their next Procurement Specialist to join us at our Broadbeach Headquarters. This role focuses on building strong supplier relationships, leading tender and negotiation activities and identifying opportunities to improve cost, performance and supply outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage strategic supplier relationships, performance and contract outcomes.
  • Lead sourcing, tender and negotiation activities to secure best value.
  • Identify and deliver cost-saving and efficiency opportunities across key procurement categories.
  • Analyse supplier pricing, spend and market trends to support commercial decisions.
  • Partner with Finance, Operations, Culinary and Accounts Payable to improve business outcomes and resolve supply issues.

About You

You are a commercially minded procurement professional who enjoys working with suppliers, analysing data and finding smarter ways to deliver value. You will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in a procurement role, including supplier relationship management, contracts and competitive tendering.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills, with an understanding of category management, cost drivers and market trends.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills, with experience in BI or spend analytics highly regarded.
  • Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
