Clark Equipment Sales Pty Ltd is a national distributor of Major Construction, Materials Handling and Ag Equipment, supporting industry leading brands including Clark, Omega, Bobcat, Develon and McCormick.
We are looking for a Parts Assistant to join our spare parts team.
Located at our head office in Hornsby the successful candidate will become an integral part of the team and assist in providing excellent customer support.
The position will provide variety & exposure to products in the Clark Equipment range, as well as an understanding of our aftermarket business.
About the role:
On the job training will allow the successful applicant to:
- Assist with customer enquiries via helpdesk, email & phone.
- Share information with branches and dealers, incl Invoice & tracking details and information from suppliers.
- Liaise directly with the warehouse team.
- Perform general administration duties.
This dynamic position will suit people with good admin skills & work well as part of a team.
