MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST – TEMP TO PERM

• TEMP ASSIGNMENT ASAP START WTH POTENTIAL FOR PERM
• MON, TUES, FRI 8.30AM – 5PM

Located in Bella Vista is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Medical Receptionist to assist in a specialist practice.

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Practice Manager some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Taking all inbound calls regarding appointments, rescheduling and relevant queries
• Managing appointments and schedules for the Specialists
• Coordinating all patient paperwork – ensuring everything is entered accurately through Clinic to Cloud software (training can be provided)
• Processing payments, Medicare/Health fund rebates etc

THE CANDIDATE:

To secure this opportunity the ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience within a similar role where you are accustomed to working within a busy clinic – you are the kind of person that can juggle multiple things at once
• A great personality – you will be the first impression so it’s essential you’re warm, friendly and genuinely enjoy dealing with people
• Strong admin skills – you have great attention to detail and accuracy
• The ability to work between the hours of 8.30am-5pm (possibly 5.30pm if delayed) Monday, Tuesday and Friday
