The Company

Our client is a growing artisan bakery business with a strong reputation for quality, consistency and exceptional baking. With a focus on premium products and traditional baking techniques, the business produces a diverse range of artisan breads and baked goods within a high-volume production environment.

The Role

As a Baker, you will play an important hands-on role in the daily production of high-quality baked products. Working closely with the Head Baker and 2IC, you will be involved across the full production process, including mixing, shaping, bench work and baking. This is a hands-on position suited to a qualified Baker who enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in their craft and understands the importance of consistency, quality and attention to detail.
The role operates across both day and night production, so flexibility with working hours is essential.

Your Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Qualified Baker with a minimum of 3 years' commercial baking experience
• Strong hands-on skills across mixing, bench work, shaping and oven operations
• Proven ability to work within a high-volume production environment
• Strong understanding of baking processes, product quality and consistency
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work
• Ability to work effectively as part of a supportive and collaborative team
• Reliable, honest and accountable approach to your work
• Flexibility to work across both day and night production
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop your skills
