The Role

The Demi Chef plays a key role in delivering high-quality food across multiple service styles within a fast-paced kitchen. Working closely with senior chefs and kitchen leadership, this position supports daily operations, maintains exceptional food safety and presentation standards, and assists in mentoring junior team members while contributing to a positive and organised kitchen culture.
Skills & Experience

• Trade-qualified Chef (essential)
• Previous experience in a Demi Chef or experienced Commis Chef role
• Strong communication and teamwork skills within a high-volume kitchen environment
• Sound knowledge of food safety, stock control, and kitchen procedures
• Experience across a variety of cuisines and service styles is highly regarded
