In this role, you will identify prospective customers, follow up on sales leads, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. The Role
We are seeking a motivated Account Manager take on this role and make it their own. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building relationships with stakeholders and ensuring smooth communication between accounts and production teams. You will also:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new customer leads while nurturing existing clients
- Communicate effectively and professionally with all stakeholders
- Develop and implement a data-driven territory action plan
- Maintain accurate records and reporting using CRM systems
The Person
You are an autonomous, detail-oriented sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. You bring:
- Experience in the glass and glazing industry is advantageous but not essential
- Proven success in a sales-driven role is highly regarded
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Quick learner and ability to keep up with fast-paced environment
- Must hold a valid driver’s licence
