About the Role

If you’re passionate about food, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and want to learn from experienced chefs, this part‑time apprenticeship is your chance to step into the industry. You’ll work across all sections of the kitchen, build foundational skills, and gain nationally recognised qualifications while earning.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Food preparation across multiple stations

• Assisting chefs during service

• Learning core techniques including knife skills, stock making, sauces, and plating

• Maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards

• Supporting inventory and daily prep lists

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine interest in cooking and hospitality

• Previous kitchen or relevant hospitality experience

• Reliability, resilience, and a willingness to learn

• Ability to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and split shifts

• A valid driver’s licence — due to varied hours and transport requirements

• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
