Radiology Administrator located in North Sydney

Your new company
An established healthcare organisation is seeking an experienced Radiology Administrator to provide support across its diagnostic imaging operations. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced healthcare administrator with a background in radiology and diagnostic imaging. You will support the smooth day-to-day functioning of multiple radiology clinics while assisting with workforce administration, rostering, patient services and operational coordination.

Your new role
As the Radiology Administrator, you will provide critical administrative support to the radiology leadership team, ensuring clinics operate efficiently and workforce requirements are effectively managed.
Workforce Administration

  • Assist with staff rostering and schedule maintenance
  • Support timesheet reviews and payroll processes using UKG/Kronos
  • Coordinate leave requests and roster adjustments
  • Assist clinic leaders with workforce planning requirements
  • Support scheduling and operational reporting
  • Contribute to labour cost management and roster optimisation activities


Operational Support

  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership and radiology management
  • Support communication between clinics and central support team
  • Maintain records, reports and operational documentation
  • Assist with process improvement and workflow efficiency initiatives
  • Provide general administrative support across imaging operations

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience within radiology or diagnostic imaging administration
  • Experience using Kronos (UKG Workforce Management) highly regarded
  • Strong rostering, workforce administration and scheduling experience
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience supporting labour cost and workforce planning activities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Professional, approachable and adaptable attitude
