About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to join a growing team in the Western Suburbs. You’ll manage your own residential portfolio with dedicated admin, inspections, compliance and maintenance support to make your day-to-day easier!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a residential property portfolio
- Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
- Overseeing lease renewals, rent reviews and routine inspections
- Handling maintenance requests and resolving tenancy issues
- Monitoring arrears and ensuring compliance with legislation
- Working closely with the administration team to keep everything running smoothly
About You
- Previous experience in residential Property Management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisation and time management
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
- Confidence managing a portfolio and handling challenging situations
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate or Estate Agent's Licence
