Bitton, located in Rose Bay NSW 2029, is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Restaurant Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Supervise and support staff, including training and performance management
- Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer feedback professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain service quality and consistency
- Manage staff rosters, budgets, and inventory levels
- Implement and maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Monitor sales and operational costs, and contribute to business improvement strategies
- Ensure the venue complies with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements
About you:
- Minimum of one year of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proven experience in handling budgets, rosters, and inventory
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Sound knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Commitment to maintaining hygiene and safety standards
Job Type:
Permanent/Full-time
Salary:
$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per annum.
