Join our Team in the leadership role of Service Department Assistant Manager at Yarra Valley Toyota
With previous experience in a Service Department environment, including vehicle technical knowledge, leadership skills essential, your main responsibilities will include leading from the front & assisting our Service Department Manager with the Daily operations of our Service Department - including:
- Lead the Service Dept front of house Service Advisor Team;
- Build & maintain customer & Team member relationships;
- Kaizan - Operating at optimum capacity whilst always looking for continous improvement;
- Maintaining & drive the Department’s high standards of Customer Service, presentation & professionalism;
- Achieving Service Department Customer Experience excellence, Sales & Profit KPIs.
