Our client is a successful and well-established boutique financial planning firm located in North Brisbane. They specialise in helping pre-retirees and retirees achieve their financial goals through tailored retirement, wealth management and age pension advice.
An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Client Services Officer to join their team. You will be working alongside a collaborative support team, assisting multiple financial advisers and helping deliver an outstanding client experience.

Tasks and responsibilities:
- Provide administration and implementation support to a team of financial advisers
- Prepare client files and maintain accurate client records
- Coordinate account administration including withdrawals, contributions and account changes
- Assist with client review preparation and ongoing service requirements
- Manage client communications and follow up outstanding information requests
- Maintain workflows and adviser support tasks through Xplan
- Assist with front-of-house duties and help create a professional client experience
- Contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice
About you:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Client Services Officer within financial planning
- Strong understanding of financial planning administration and implementation processes
- Previous experience using Xplan
- Able to work independently and confidently within a busy advice environment
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a collaborative team culture
