The Role
As a Senior Associate in our market-leading Cyber, Data & Technology team, you'll work alongside industry leaders, supporting clients through high-profile cyber incidents, privacy breaches, and complex litigation. You'll advise on multi-jurisdictional matters, focusing on incident response, privacy compliance, and technology risk.
 
What You'll Do:

  • Lead clients through major cyber-attacks and data breaches - locally and internationally.
  • Advise on privacy compliance and technology liability risks.
  • Defend complex litigation and manage cyber insurance claims.
  • Use advanced cyber forensics, including AI-backed PII reviews.
  • Mentor junior lawyers and work as part of a collaborative team.
  • Work across diverse industries and clients.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Senior Associate or Associate ready to take a step up.
  • Experience in cyber, privacy, technology is preferred, but if you have professional indemnity experience, or even broader insurance litigation experience and an interest in cyber, we'd love to talk to you.
  • Excellent client management skills, with a track record of building strong relationships with clients and claims managers.
  • Passion for innovation, collaboration, and making a real impact.
