Techforce is expanding and seeking hungry 360 Recruitment Consultants who are comfortable with cold business development and ready to build (or rebuild) a high-performing desk before year-end.
This is a true 360 role
You’ll own the full cycle: cold BD and new client acquisition + candidate sourcing + placements. Ideal for consultants who thrive on hunting new business while still delivering quality recruitment outcomes.

- White Collar: Engineering, Project Controls, Mining Supervisory, Tech-savvy professionals
- Blue Collar: Mining & Resources operators/trades, Shutdowns, Civil Construction, Industrial Services
What you’ll bring
- Solid 360 agency experience with a proven ability to generate new business
- Confidence and resilience with cold calling / outbound BD
- Strong track record of hitting and exceeding billing targets
- Excellent relationship-building and closing skills
- Ambitious, self-driven, and collaborative mindset
- Advantage: Resources sector knowledge or previous success in mining/engineering recruitment
