WHO WE ARE:

Koyla Kings is a vibrant Pakistani and South Asian restaurant in Mount Druitt, Sydney, renowned for its diverse menu featuring authentic biryanis, flavourful BBQ, curries, and a wide range of traditional dishes served in a warm, family-friendly atmosphere.

OVERVIEW:

As an independent Chef with at least two years of experience, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the kitchen by preparing, cooking, and presenting a variety of traditional Pakistani, Indo-Chinese, and Indian dishes.

TASKS:

· Prepare and cook signature dishes across three key cuisines: Pakistani, Indo- Chinese and Indian

· Handle special dietary requests or allergies

· Design and update menus to reflect seasonal ingredients and trends

· Assist in the development of new recipes

· Monitor inventory levels and supplies needs

· Organise and delegate kitchen staff

· Assist with daily mise en place and station preparation

· Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation requirements

· Train and supervise junior kitchen staff

· Showcase innovation in the menu design and kitchen workflow operations

· Report any equipment malfunction, food safety concerns or staffing issue to management

· Participate in roster planning and budget monitoring

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Hospitality and minimum two years of relevant experience.
