About the Role
As a Food Runner, you'll play an important role in creating great experiences for our guests. From serving food and beverages and providing friendly table service to supporting wider venue operations, you'll help keep service running smoothly.
You'll be part of a supportive team in a busy, community-focused venue where every shift is different.
What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming guests and providing friendly, professional service
- Serving food and beverages
- Providing table and floor service across the venue
- Maintaining clean, organised and well-presented service areas
- Working closely with the kitchen and wider Front of House team
- Assisting with venue set-up, pack-down and events when required
- Following food safety and venue procedures
- Creating memorable experiences for guests
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 1-year previous hospitality, bar, restaurant or customer service experience.
- Weekend, evening and public holiday availability
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences
- Positive, energetic attitude and willingness to get involved
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, professional and well-presented
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
- Valid Australian working rights
