This business brings together hardworking, down-to-earth professionals who enjoy what they do. With monthly social events, annual celebrations and family days, there’s a strong emphasis on creating a friendly, connected workplace.
About the Role
Partnering closely with the COO, you will oversee daily office operations, facilities and workplace services across both locations, while leading the front-of-house function and managing a Receptionist.
From coordinating contractors and resolving building issues to supporting office projects, you will enjoy a varied, hands-on role with the autonomy to make improvements and see things through. Your work will help create a safe, welcoming and well-run workplace for employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities

- Support workplace health and safety activities, escalating hazards and compliance concerns as required.
- Coordinate office, property and facilities projects in partnership with the COO and relevant stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, workplace services and operational efficiency.
About You
You will bring:
- Experience in office or facilities management, or a similar coordination role within a commercial office environment.
- A sound understanding of workplace operations, facilities and front-of-house services.
- Previous experience managing a team or direct report.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence building relationships with senior stakeholders, employees and external providers.
- A proactive, practical approach to solving problems and improving how things run.
Above all, you will enjoy being visible, approachable and hands-on. You will be comfortable moving between an unexpected building issue, a contractor query and supporting your Receptionist, while keeping the broader workplace running smoothly.
What’s on Offer
- $90,000–$100,000 + Superannuation + bonus.
- Full-time role based in North Sydney, with the option to work from home one day per week.
- A collaborative, down-to-earth team and an active social calendar.
- Close partnership with the COO and exposure to varied workplace projects.
- Autonomy to take ownership, introduce improvements and make the role your own.
