We have an excellent opportunity for a Blue Collar Recruitment Specialist to join our team in the Brisbane Head Office in Milton.

The role of Recruitment Specialist will see you working on Blue Collar roles in the Engineering Construction space within Monadelphous. You will be liaising with internal stakeholders to identify future talent needs and objectives, and to deliver a steady stream of talent with a strong customer service driven approach.
What you will bring
- Previous Blue Collar experience, preferably within the construction and engineering sector
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and to new systems & processes
- Previous experience in the resource industry is highly regarded but not essential
- Broad working knowledge of variety of blue collar roles highly regarded
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with Microsoft systems including but not limited to Word, Excel & Office.
