From monitoring performance and resolving issues to supporting contract renewals and regulatory compliance, you'll be involved in both the strategic and day-to-day activities that keep our third-party relationships running effectively.

We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and bringing structure to complex processes. You'll need to be comfortable working through the detail, following up with stakeholders and taking ownership of the governance and administration that supports effective supplier management.

  • The ability to manage multiple supplier relationships, competing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a strong focus on delivery.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the confidence to identify risks, challenge constructively and drive improvements.
  • Familiarity with APRA CPS 230, operational resilience or third-party risk management frameworks (desirable).
