Your new role
As the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of facilities operations within a busy Industrial Site. You will ensure building assets, compliance obligations, contractors, and maintenance programmes are effectively managed to support safe and efficient site operations
Key Responsibilities

• Manage all hard and soft services across the site
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance programs
• Coordinate and manage contractors, permits, and site access requirements
• Ensure compliance with statutory, WHS, and environmental obligations
• Monitor asset performance and drive preventative maintenance initiatives
• Manage facilities budgets, reporting, and service provider performance
• Build strong relationships with site stakeholders and operational leaders
• Support capital works and minor projects as required

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous Facilities Management experience within industrial, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environments
• Strong contractor management and compliance experience
• Sound understanding of building services, maintenance, and asset management
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience managing large, complex sites with multiple service providers
• Refrigeration or HVAC experience would be highly regarded but is not essential
• Knowledge of WHS legislation and facilities compliance requirements

What you'll get in return
