Opportunity 1: Our client is seeking a proven hospitality leader to oversee a high-performing operation across multiple outlets, including cafés, casual dining, beverage, and food retail. A highly competitive Venue Manager salary is on offer.
Opportunity 2: As the Venue Manager, you'll oversee everything from delivering an exceptional customer experience to P&L management and team recruitment. This role has a strong food retail focus while maintaining high hospitality service standards throughout the operation.

The Candidate
- The ideal candidate for each opportunity will have a minimum of 2 years experience at a Venue Manager or Restaurant Manager level
- Experience in pubs, cafes, QSR, or restaurants is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive results and align teams with business objectives
- A natural motivator who can lead effectively through both high-pressure and quieter periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing and developing teams of 10+ staff is desirable
