What You’ll Do

As a Restaurant Manager, you will lead daily operations, ensuring excellence in customer experience, team performance, and business profitability.
Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and mentoring a team to deliver outstanding service
• Overseeing recruitment, training, and staff development
• Driving operational efficiencies and ensuring adherence to brand standards
• Analysing financial performance and implementing strategies to maximise revenue
• Collaborating with senior management to contribute to the brand’s expansion
