Why This Role Matters
As the Resident Experience Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, creating a welcoming environment and helping shape the resident experience at 50 Quay. You'll combine exceptional customer service, administration, and community engagement to support residents throughout their living journey and contribute to building a thriving community from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
At a glance, you will:
- Deliver warm, responsive, and proactive service that drives satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Manage day-to-day reception, enquiries, and administration with efficiency and professionalism.
- Take accountability for resident concerns, maintenance coordination, and follow-through to completion.
- Assist with rent collection, arrears management, reconciliations, and ensure legislative compliance.
- Support leasing activities, resident engagement initiatives, and a positive, inclusive community culture.
Your Strengths and Experience
At 50 Quay, we’re seeking a proactive and solutions-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You bring strong communication and organisational skills, can build positive relationships with ease, and take ownership to deliver outstanding resident outcomes. You will also have:
- Current Salesperson and Property Manager Registration Certificate (QLD) - Essential.
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia and the ability to obtain a National Police Check.
- Availability to work a permanent full-time roster of 38 hours per week, Monday to Saturday on a rotating roster.
