The restaurant is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee its day-to-day operations and become part of its team.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure efficient and smooth service delivery.
- Supervising, training, and coordinating front-of-house staff to maintain high standards of service.
- Coordinating staff rosters, shift allocations, and daily staffing requirements.
- Monitoring customer satisfaction and handling customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, workplace health and safety, and applicable liquor licensing requirements.
- Managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and coordinating with suppliers as required.
- Monitoring operational costs and assisting with budgeting, cost control, and restaurant performance.
- Working closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure efficient communication and seamless restaurant operations.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer service throughout the venue.
- Overseeing reservations, table service, and customer flow during service periods.
- Supporting promotional activities and initiatives aimed at improving the restaurant's performance and customer experience.
About You
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in restaurant management or a similar hospitality management role.
- Strong leadership, staff supervision, and team management skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of restaurant operations, food and beverage service, and stock control.
- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, workplace health and safety, and applicable liquor licensing requirements.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy restaurant environment and make decisions under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Professional presentation and commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.

- Salary: AUD $70,000 – $90,000 per annum
