This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced workforce capability professional to lead the design and delivery of strategic organisational development initiatives within a large and complex environment.
Working closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders, you will translate workforce priorities into practical, fit-for-purpose programs that improve capability, engagement, culture and organisational performance.
What you’ll do
- Lead workforce planning, talent management and organisational capability projects
- Develop contemporary workforce strategies, policies and frameworks
- Drive capability-building, employee engagement and cultural improvement initiatives
- Manage project plans, risks, priorities and competing deadlines
- Prepare high-quality reports, submissions and executive briefings
- Influence stakeholders and embed sustainable change across the organisation
- Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement
What you’ll bring
You will have strong experience across workforce strategy, organisational development, talent management or capability development, ideally within a large and complex organisation.
You will also demonstrate:
- Strong project and change management capability
- Highly developed consultation, facilitation and influencing skills
- The ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
- Excellent written communication and executive reporting skills
- A practical, collaborative approach and the ability to deliver at pace
Relevant tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded but are not mandatory.
