Seven Hills | Permanent Full-Time | $90K–$120K + Super
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experiencedExecutive Assistant to join an established technical services organisation based in Seven Hills.
This newly created position has been established to provide dedicated support to a senior operational leader managing a busy national service function across Australia and New Zealand.
You will become a trusted right-hand support, helping to manage competing priorities, filter information, improve communication and bring greater structure and organisation to a fast-paced operational environment.

The Role
Working closely with the Field Service Manager, you will take ownership of the administrative detail surrounding a busy national operation, allowing the manager to focus on strategic and operational priorities.
Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-level EA and administrative support to the Field Service Manager
  • Managing and prioritising a busy inbox, correspondence and incoming requests
  • Acting as a communication filter and ensuring urgent matters are appropriately escalated
  • Managing complex and changing calendars, appointments and meetings
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings, including agendas, presentations, meeting packs and minutes
  • Preparing reports, presentations, correspondence and business documentation
  • Maintaining and analysing operational data and Excel spreadsheets
  • Supporting reporting, dashboards, forecasting and management updates
  • Monitoring and following up actions arising from meetings and operational reviews
  • Coordinating domestic and internal travel and accommodation
  • Assisting with expenses, corporate credit card transactions, purchase orders, invoicing and supplier administration
  • Maintaining accurate records, filing and document management systems
  • Supporting onboarding, training coordination and administration across the Service team
  • Liaising professionally with staff, customers and suppliers
  • Providing broader administrative support to the leadership team as required

About You
We are looking for a mature and experienced Executive Assistant who is comfortable operating in a busy, operational environment and can genuinely take ownership.
You will ideally bring:

  • 10+ years' experience supporting senior leaders 
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced, operational environment
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
  • The confidence to manage a high-volume inbox and competing demands
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to understand information, identify priorities and determine what requires escalation
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to anticipate what is needed
  • Professional judgement and the ability to maintain confidentiality

Experience withinservice, field operations, engineering, manufacturing, construction, technical or sales environments will be highly regarded, although industry-specific experience is not essential.
