About the Role
Under the direction and guidance of the Front Office Manager, you will lead and oversee all aspects of Front Office, to deliver a unique and exceptional guest experience at Monarto Safari Resort.
Your tasks will mostly involve:
- Providing high quality guest service by managing guest experiences and hotel operations
- Prioritising workload including task allocation to ensure your team deliver memorable experiences
- Developing your team’s skills to drive results that positively impact on hotel performance
- Having authentic conversations with guests to resolve issues, queries or concerns
- Being first point of contact for any critical emergency situations
About you
The successful candidate will have:
- Duty Manager experience in a hotel setting with a passion for delivering excellent guest services
- Knowledge in NewBook is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication & problem solving skills
- Hold a valid visa with the right to work in Australia
- First Aid and basic CPR certification
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
- Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays.
