About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity available on either a permanent full-time or permanent part-time basis, giving you the flexibility to find the right fit while building your hospitality career.
As a Food & Beverage Team Leader at Lucky Cheng’s, you’ll be hands-on during service, supporting your team and helping keep the venue running smoothly.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading, motivating and supporting the team during service
- Creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest
- Keeping service running smoothly during busy periods
- Ensuring the restaurant is prepared and presented to a high standard
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues with confidence and care
- Supporting daily operations including stock control and cash handling
- Maintaining high standards across food safety, WH&S and responsible service
- Coaching and developing team members and building a positive team culture
About You
You’re a natural people person who thrives in a busy hospitality environment. You’re confident leading a team, calm under pressure and know how to create a great experience for both guests and your team.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Previous Team Leader, Supervisor or similar leadership experience within hospitality
- Experience in a busy restaurant or high-volume food and beverage environment
- A genuine passion for customer service and hospitality
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- The ability to motivate, coach and support a diverse team
- A hands-on approach and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Knowledge of RSA, RCG, WH&S and food safety requirements
- Current NSW RSA and RCG competency card, or willingness to obtain
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays
- Full working rights in Australia
