Job Description

• Coordinate and support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Utilise various platforms and networks to attract top talent.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with organisational policies.
• Provide guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support onboarding processes for successful candidates and information sessions.
• Identify opportunities for improving recruitment strategies and processes.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks within the Human Resources department as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Support Recruiter should have:

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Adequate knowledge of recruitment platforms and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes concurrently.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements and HR best practices.
• A positive attitude and commitment to supporting organisational goals.
