We're growing at OnTrack Recruitment, and we're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Recruitment Consultant to join our team!

With recruitment across construction, civil, mining, rail, infrastructure and heavy engineering, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, candidates and projects.
 
The Opportunity:
 
You'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process across a diverse portfolio of blue-collar roles and industries. From identifying and engaging quality candidates to managing client requirements and securing successful placements, you'll play an important role in delivering recruitment solutions that make a difference.
 
Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening through to placement. 
• Building strong candidate pipelines using SEEK, LinkedIn, JobAdder and other sourcing channels. 
• Conducting candidate interviews, assessing suitability and coordinating reference checks.
• Managing client requirements, candidate submissions, interviews and placement follow-ups.
• Coordinating pre-employment checks and onboarding requirements.
• Developing lasting relationships with candidates and clients through consistent communication and service.
• Managing competing priorities while delivering quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
• Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes and contribute to the growth of the business.

What We're Looking For:
 
We're looking for someone who takes initiative, enjoys working with people and is motivated by achieving great recruitment outcomes.
 
Ideally, you'll bring:

• Previous recruitment experience, preferably across blue-collar, mining, construction, civil, rail, heavy engineering or skilled trades.
• Strong sourcing, screening and candidate engagement skills. 
• A self-motivated and results-driven approach.
• A proven ability to build lasting relationships and deliver excellent service to candidates and clients. 
• Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. 
• A proactive mindset, with a willingness to go above and beyond. 
• Confidence working independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team. 
• Experience with JobAdder or a similar recruitment system will be highly regarded.
