- Conduct scheduled and random mobile patrols of client premises

Mobile Patrol Officer - Level 2 - Multiple Roles Available
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled and random mobile patrols of client premises
- Respond promptly to alarm activations and incidents
- Lock and unlock premises as required
- Identify and report security risks, hazards, and suspicious activity
- Complete accurate incident and patrol reports
- Liaise with control room, emergency services, and clients when required
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
- Operate company vehicle and security equipment safely
Desirable (but not essential)
- Previous mobile patrol or security experience
- Knowledge of alarm response procedures and reporting systems
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Current Victorian Security Licence
- Excellent communication and situational awareness
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions
- Strong attention to detail
- Availability to work rotating 24/7 shifts including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Full drivers license
- Working with children check
