Looking for a Commercial Property Management role where you can manage a manageable portfolio without the pressure of an oversized rent roll?
We're partnering with an established, family-run real estate agency with offices in Wollert and Truganina, seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio of approximately 30 commercial properties, enjoy dedicated leasing and administration support, and work towards a Senior Commercial Property Management role — all with no weekends and no trust accounting!
The Opportunity
- Manageable portfolio of approximately 30 commercial properties
- Portfolio covering Wollert and surrounding suburbs
- Choice of office location: Wollert or Truganina
- Primarily commercial factories and retail shops
- Full end-to-end Commercial Property Management
- Dedicated Leasing Consultant and Administration support
- Established team of approximately 30 staff
- Vacancy created by business growth
- Genuine career progression into a Senior role
- Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm
- No weekend work
- No trust accounting responsibilities
- Modern systems including PropertyMe, Vault and PriceFinder
- On-site parking
- Fuel allowance available, depending on the package
- Christmas party and annual awards night
- Salary up to $100K + super + commissions, depending on experience
- ASAP start available
About You
We're looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager who can confidently manage a portfolio independently and is ready to join a growing commercial department with long-term career opportunities.
You'll ideally have:
- Minimum 3 years Commercial Property Management experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial property legislation and compliance
- Proven experience independently managing a commercial portfolio
- Strong end-to-end Commercial Property Management skills
- Experience with commercial factories and retail properties
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, organised and commercially minded approach
- An interest in progressing into a Senior Commercial Property Management role
- An Agents Representative Certificate
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
