Business Support Officer - Master Data
- Manage and maintain Material Master Data including SAP contract agreements.
- Provide administrative support for fleet management and vendor data accuracy.
- Streamline processes and assist Purchasing Officers with procurement tasks.
We are looking for our newest Business Support Officer to join our Darra Team. Reporting to the Strategic Sourcing Manager this full-time role plays a vital part in the daily administration processes of our operations.
Your Opportunity
- Manage & maintain the Material Master Data, including loading Contract Agreements into SAP.
- Provide administrative support for all fleet, including fuel cards and fuel contracts.
- Ensure all Vendor Master Data and reporting data is accurate.
- Manage Tolls for all fleet incl ordering tags, reconciling invoices.
- Streamline processes within the functions, standardise processes and automate reporting.
- Assist Purchasing Officers by helping with Overdue, confirmations and Request for Quotations (RFQ) follow ups to vendors, running open Purchase Order (PO) reports, preparing uploads for PO changes.
- Ad hoc as required for projects and support.
