Learning & Development Coordinator
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Learning & Development Coordinator to support the delivery of engaging learning programs and initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys administration, coordination, data, and being the person who keeps everything running behind the scenes.
You'll coordinate training programs from start to finish, manage learning records and reporting, support facilitators and stakeholders, and help create a seamless learning experience for employees.
You'll bring:
- Strong administration and coordination experience
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence using Excel and multiple systems
- Experience coordinating training, events, workshops or programs
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Experience in Learning & Development is advantageous but not essential. We welcome applications from candidates with backgrounds in HR coordination, training administration, workforce development, education administration, events, or similar coordination-focused roles.
