Role Overview:

You will be responsible for supporting the wider business bank team and segment with new-to-bank opportunities with an acquisition focus and providing holistic working capital solutions. You will be accountable for self-sourcing new to bank business opportunities, business development and identifying cross selling opportunities to deliver growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Building strong customer relationships and fostering new relationships
• Strong working knowledge of banking products, specifically within Trade and Invoice Finance
• Developing business acumen and provide working capital solutions to existing and new customers
• Perform complex trade finance analysis and support with credit submissions end to end
• Developing a strong referral network for the bank and develop new business

Skills and Experience required:

• Demonstrated track record of business development either in a bank environment ideally or non-bank
• Strong working capital background and knowledge of trade and invoice finance products
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills
• Solid financial acumen and credit writing skills
