About the Role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will deliver high-quality front-of-house service to residents and visitors, with variety across café, restaurant and bar service.
As a Kitchen Hand, you will work alongside the Head Chef, providing support across a small commercial kitchen and assisting with the smooth day-to-day delivery of food services.
In both roles, you will be part of a supportive onsite team, working closely with the Head Chef, Concierge team and Site Manager to deliver an exceptional experience for residents and visitors.
Both opportunities are offered on a casual, ad hoc basis, with the shifts available to work offered through a fortnightly roster.
Duties
- Customer service across café, restaurant and bar areas (may include alcohol service)
- POS operation, cash handling and general café duties
- Coffee machine use, café set‑up and service
- Able to work independently when required
- Food preparation and handling whilst maintaining a clean and sanitary environment
Skills & Experience
- Previous café, barista or hospitality front‑of‑house experience preferred
- Previous experience working within a kitchen or restaurant setting
- Ability to work autonomously in a supervisory‑style environment
- Strong customer service focus and confidence engaging with residents
- Current NPC, flu vaccination and 1 x COVID vaccination required
