An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Office & Operations Manager to join an international organisation supporting programmes across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific.

The Role
This is a diverse, hands-on role combining office operations, finance administration, events, procurement and communications coordination. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and programme teams to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office and delivery of key initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing day-to-day office operations, administration, records and service providers
- Supporting finance processes including reconciliations, payments, budgets, forecasting and reporting
- Coordinating procurement, supplier contracts, office equipment, assets and fleet administration
- Managing domestic and international travel for staff, guests and delegations
- Coordinating conferences, events and delegation visits, including venues, accommodation, catering, AV and registrations
- Managing event budgets, suppliers, documentation and post-event reconciliation
- Coordinating website updates, newsletters, invitations and database communications
- Supporting the production of digital and print publication
- Building strong relationships with external suppliers, partners and stakeholders
- Supporting audits, process improvements and broader operational projects
About You
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive professional with:
- Experience in office, business or operations management
- Experience within an international, government, not-for-profit, policy, education or research environment would be highly regarded.
- Strong financial administration and budget management skills
- Experience coordinating events, travel and/or delegations
- Confidence managing suppliers, procurement and contracts
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
- Confidence engaging with senior and external stakeholders
