Role/Title: Senior Change Analyst

Location: Epping Head Office, NSW
Employment Type: Full Time, 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.

About the Role

As a Senior Change Analyst, you'll play a key role in delivering people-centred change that improves the experience of our residents, clients, families, and employees. Working closely with Change Partners, Project Leaders, and business stakeholders, you'll support enterprise-wide transformation and help ensure change is successfully adopted and sustained.

What You'll Do

• Support the delivery of change initiatives across strategic projects and programs.
• Conduct stakeholder and change impact assessments to identify risks, impacts, and readiness needs.
• Develop and execute change, communication, and engagement plans to drive adoption.
• Create key change artefacts, including impact assessments, stakeholder plans, and readiness reports.
• Identify and mitigate change risks, resistance, and adoption barriers.
• Partner with project teams, business leaders, SMEs, and Learning & Development to achieve change outcomes.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and readiness activities to support successful implementation.
• Monitor readiness, stakeholder sentiment, and adoption metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Support transition and embedding activities to ensure sustainable business outcomes.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years' experience in Change Management, Change Analysis, Business Transformation or Organisational Change roles.
• Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale business, process, technology or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience conducting change impact assessments, readiness assessments and adoption activities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex information into practical insights and actions.
• Knowledge of structured change methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR or equivalent frameworks.
• Experience within Aged Care, Healthcare, Retirement Living or a highly regulated environment will be highly regarded.
• Relevant Change Management certification or tertiary qualification (desirable).
