The Role
Based at our Hamilton office, this position is for someone who wants a long-term career in recruitment. You’ll step into a warm desk across an established manufacturing portfolio with active roles, trusted client relationships and an extensive candidate network already in place. You don’t need a recruitment background just bring the drive, the people skills and the will to succeed, and we’ll teach you the rest.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and growing relationships with existing manufacturing clients
- Understanding client hiring needs and taking job briefs
- Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
- Managing the recruitment process from brief to placement
- Juggling multiple roles and priorities at once
About You
- You’re confident on the phone, have great customer service skills and bring a go-getter attitude to everything you do (Experience in a customer service background is ideal)
- Previous recruitment / resourcer experience is a bonus, not a must. We’re happy to train the right person
- A results-driven, proactive approach and a commercial mindset
- Able to build relationships, solve problems and manage multiple priorities
- Keen to build a long-term career in recruitment
