Takeaway Twenty2 is a locally operated hospitality business based in Yass, NSW, offering customers both dine-in and takeaway services. In addition to providing a welcoming dining experience, the business manages the regular preparation, movement and delivery of customer orders and supplies across the local area.
To support these operations and maintain timely, reliable service, Takeaway Twenty2 requires an efficient delivery driver to deliver orders safely at correct destination on timely manner .
Salary Range: $55,000 to $75,000 per annum
Role: Full time
Location: Yass, NSW 2582
Main Duties:
·Deliver food orders to customers safely and on time.
·Plan and follow efficient delivery routes.
·Check orders before leaving for delivery.
·Ensure food orders are delivered to the correct customer.
·Obtain proof of delivery where required.
·Collect payments from customers where required.
·Maintain accurate delivery records.
·Keep the delivery vehicle clean and in good condition.
·Report any vehicle maintenance or repair requirements.
·Follow road safety, WHS and company procedures.
·Provide professional and courteous service to customers.
Skills & Qualifications:
·Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Delivery Driver or similar role.
-Hold a current and valid NSW Class C Driver Licence.
-Must be legally permitted and confident to drive a car or delivery vehicle in NSW road conditions.
-Must comply with all licence conditions and NSW road safety requirements.
-Good time-management and route-planning skills.
-Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
-Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to safely handle and deliver food orders.
