About Country Club:
Country Club Tasmania is entering an exciting new chapter, with major precinct renovations underway and a new par 72, 18-hole Championship Golf Course set to launch in Summer 2026/27.Home to restaurants, bars, accommodation and entertainment in one beautiful parkland location, it’s a great time to join the Country Club team.
As summer approaches, our Food and Beverage outlets are looking for enthusiastic people to be part of this exciting next stage.
What we are looking for
We’re excited to welcome both experienced and entry-level Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team at one of our fantastic outlets:
- The Watergarden Cafe and Dining:
Set to open in November 2026, this newly renovated space will be the perfect spot for morning coffee, a work lunch, relaxed family dining or an evening catch-up. With service running from early mornings through to late nights. - The Terrace Restaurant:
Our fine dining team, where thoughtful service, great food and wine, and memorable guest experiences come together. Whether you’re recommending the next course or helping guests choose the perfect bottle, The Terrace is a great place to develop your food and beverage journey in a more refined setting. - Casino Bar and Tonic Bar:
If you love a late-night atmosphere, fast-paced service and with high energy, this could be for you. From mixing cocktails to serving guests before a concert or show, our bars are all about creating a fun and welcoming experience. - The Links:
A relaxed, family-friendly buffet-style restaurant where guests stop in for breakfast before heading out on the golf course or enjoy an easy lunch with family and friends. It’s warm, casual, and a great space for people who love friendly service. - Conference and Events:
No two days are the same and that’s exactly what makes it exciting. One day you could be helping deliver a gala dinner; the next, supporting a training day, corporate event or special celebration. If you enjoy variety and being part of memorable moments, Conference and Events has plenty to offer.

What you’ll bring to the role:
While experience is great, we want fun, vibrant, and passionate people at Country Club.
We're looking for any of the following:
- Food and beverage experience in a bar, restaurant, or fine dining
- Flair for customer service, good communication, and passion for food and dining
- Enthusiasm and commitment
- A Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gaming) or willing to obtain
- A flexible approach to working shit work, nights, weekends, and public holidays
An appointee to this role may be subject to pre-employment and ongoing screening checks.
