About the Role
Securecorp is seeking a Casual Control Room Operators to join our team for education sites located in Hawthorn, Croydon, and Wantirna.
This is a Control Room Operator role with a strong focus on customer service, site patrols, access control, and emergency response. A Control Room endorsement is essential and Working With Children's check.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional security and customer service.
- Conduct foot patrols and monitor assigned premises.
- Control room functions
- Respond to emergencies, incidents, and alarm activations.
- Assess and report potential security risks.
- Manage access control and visitor management processes.
- Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records and logs.
- Support site operations across multiple campuses as required.

Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A current Security Licence (Control Room endorsement essential).
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Current working with children check clearance
- Previous experience within the security industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service skills and a professional presentation.
- Availability to work casual shifts across Hawthorn, Croydon, and Wantirna.
