An established independent commercial agency is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join its team in a newly available floater position, based in their established CBD office.

With over 30 years of industry experience, this is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable Melbourne agency with a strong commercial and industrial portfolio, a stable team and a genuinely supportive working environment.

Initially, you will manage a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 190 industrial properties, with the opportunity to work across the wider property management team and provide additional support where required.

With no trust accounting, a dedicated Assistant and experienced Directors to work alongside, this role offers an excellent balance of autonomy, variety and support.

The Role

• Manage an initial portfolio of approximately 190 industrial properties.
• Oversee the end-to-end commercial property management function.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, compliance and property-related matters.
• Handle VCAT matters as required.
• Work collaboratively with the wider property management team.
• Provide floater support across the portfolio when needed.
• Work alongside experienced Directors and senior leaders.

Location: Melbourne CBD
Portfolio Condition: Very well maintained
Trust Accounting: Not required
Support: Dedicated Assistant

• Previous experience managing a commercial property portfolio.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end commercial property management.

• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive and professional approach, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
