Collections or Hardship Consultant
- $47.47 per hour + Super
- 19th October Start Date
- 6-month temporary contract with potential for extension or permanency
- 38 hours per week | Monday to Friday rotating roster between 8am7pm
- Melbourne CBD location with hybrid working available after training

Your new role
As a Collections or Hardship Consultant, you'll support customers who are experiencing financial difficulty by assessing their circumstances and identifying suitable repayment or hardship solutions.Key responsibilities include:
- Managing inbound and outbound customer calls
- Supporting customers experiencing financial hardship
- Negotiating repayment arrangements and suitable outcomes
- Handling sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
- Maintaining accurate customer records and case notes
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver positive customer outcomes
What you'll need to succeed
