We are seeking organised and customer-focused Client Liaison Officers to join our Lot Packages team based in Burswood.

About the Role:
In this role, you will be a key point of contact for lot owners, providing timely updates and support throughout the installation process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Data entry and maintaining lot owner details in our Lot Packages system.
- Contacting lot owners daily in line with service schedules and providing installation information.
- Answering incoming calls, resolving enquiries and directing queries to the appropriate team members.
- Processing payments for additional works and materials.
- Supporting the team with general administrative duties.
About you:
To succeed in this role, you will have previous administration and customer service experience, strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail. You will be organised, proactive and confident managing enquiries while delivering a positive customer experience.
