We’re looking for a reliable and well-organised Catering Coordinator to manage day-to-day catering operations and support internal events within a professional corporate setting.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for coordinating catering services across meetings and events, ensuring a seamless experience for clients, visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve tea and coffee for meetings
- Order and coordinate catering for internal functions
- Set up and reset meeting rooms to a high standard
- Manage catering requirements for events end-to-end
- Coordinate casual/outsourced staff when required
- Monitor event timelines and budgets
- Maintain kitchen areas, stock levels, and hygiene standards
- Process orders, invoices, and stock control
- Provide occasional reception support

- Experience in a similar catering or corporate hospitality role
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Confident communicator with a professional approach
- Proactive and able to solve problems on the fly
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with hours
- Well-presented with a customer-first mindset
Requirements
- Current RSA
- Food Handling Safety Certificate
- Full Australian working rights (Permanent Residency or Citizenship required)
- Ability to successfully complete a police check
- First Aid and Warden training (highly regarded)
